NOW HIRING: WINTER SNOW TEAM
Help keep Glastonbury and surrounding communities safe and accessible this winter. We’re hiring 8–10 experienced plow drivers and up to 20 shovelers and snowblower operators.
Experienced Plow Drivers | $35–$40/hour + Bonuses
Previous plowing experience and a valid driver’s license required. Company trucks and equipment supplied.
Shovelers & Snowblower Operators | $25–$30/hour + Bonuses
Training provided. No driver’s license required. Reliable transportation to our Glastonbury headquarters is required, including overnight hours when public transit is unavailable.
These are seasonal, on-call positions requiring availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and possible holidays. All snow employees report to our headquarters for dispatch.
Attendance and season-completion bonuses available. Eligibility details provided during hiring.
PART-TIME FLEET & EQUIPMENT MECHANIC | $35–$45/hour
Flexible part-time hours, with up to 40 hours available per week. Work at our shop with company-supplied tools.
Maintain and repair trucks, plows, salt spreaders, trailers, mowers, and small engines. Experience diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and engine problems is required, along with a valid driver’s license.
